Prior to founding Syndicate6, Rob led front-office recruitment for Evercore in London, following talent acquisition roles at Barclays, BNP Paribas, and ADCB.

Having spent years on the client side hiring directly for these institutions, Robert brings a rare dual perspective to executive search. This foundation drives an exclusive focus on executive search for Investment Banking and Sovereign Wealth Funds, partnering with a selective portfolio of bulge-bracket and boutique firms globally.

Outside of work, Rob is a keen triathlete and views a long weekend cycle mostly as a necessary prerequisite for a decent flat white and pain au chocolat!
